Ellie studied English Literature at the University of Oxford, and after graduating in 2005 worked for the British Council as a native speaker English teacher in both France and Iceland. A former chorister at Wells Cathedral, Ellie has lots of experience as a touring orchestral and folk musician, playing flute and violin (and singing!). In her spare time she can usually be found growing her own on her allotment.
